the avatars need to be in the folder uploads to see them ???when an user gives an pm to other user?
normaly the avatars are in /clubland/uploads/avatars
and pm doesn`t have no upload folder..
i have to make it and upload there all the avatars?!
also on the mesaje is show an big "X" instead of the image

that doesn`t exist also...
that image you have to created to put it in the server or what?!i`ve checked twice the images folder of pm and only exist those files:
index.html
pm.gif
pm_logo.jpg
read.gif
no folder subject in images doesn`t exist and neither icon1.gif ???!!!where are those?!

Hi.

As I remmeber, vertion 2.2 of XOOPS ( new vertion) have PM build inn and ask you to click "YES" to create this 2 folders if install private message module - I believe you not have seen this -
/public_html/modules/pm/images ( server path)

I have not any / subject/ directory folder , how did you get this folder ??

pictures in the Images folder are
pm.gif
pm_logo.jpg
read.gif

try check again

i have sawed..i have the folder images but only with the files i`ve allready tolded...
i don`t know how the hell i`ve got that /subject /icon1.gif
and the problems with the avatars?!

any others haved this problem after upgraded to 2.2 ?!!
is there any other module except pm module of XOOPS that can be used for user to pm?!!

No, it doesn't exist.

Probably Mith will repair this module when he comes back.

I have no idea ... maybe there won't even be the next version of PM module.

I hope someone will fix it. And Extended profiles, too.

you have 2.2 and private mesaging installed ?!
also have the same problem?!!:)
there is any module that can be used as pm instead of private mesaging?!by users....:)
