Running 2.0.13 and im now unable to to use CERTAIN portions of the admin panel

SYSTEM -> PREFERENCES -> EDIT GENERAL SETTINGS

i press submit it says "Taking you back to where you were...."


SYSTEM -> BLOCKS

i press submit it says "Taking you back to where you were...."


Any ideas, ive cleared all the cache and templates as well as did a check on the DB


Also my XMEMBERSTATS whos online block keeps changing.....1 minute its 2 users online with 275 reg users.....next its 250 users with 30 users online then back.....

I've just upgraded 12 sites to 2.0.13 and none have 'your' problem. One though seems to have a custom blocks problem.

Maybe these are somehow related.

I got it...... Spybots Resident Protector seems to be at fault today!!

Not sure why it was stoping only a few options to work, but i disabled that all went well!
