How do I alter the content of the main menu?

The main menu shows the installed modules. If you want a new main menu point, you normally have to install a new module. The text of the buttons itself, can be controlled in the Modules administration. Right below under the module icons you can edit that text.

Not exactly. I already know that part. What I want to do is remove the 'Popular' and 'Top Rated' buttons from under the MyLinks module's text button and the same xDirectory.

I am looking for this solution as well. I am using xdirectory and want to remove the "submit" "popular" and "top rated" links that come up after selecting the xdirectory. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!

Im having the same problem but above link is not working for me.. searched through XOOPS site and cant find it anywhere..

So how do you alter the content of main menu?

Almoust forgot.. the question is about main menu buttins that are made by modules.. installed polls and now i have button there.. need to remove it.. polls can be seen in right coloumn...
