Move To Top Function in News Module - PLEASE PUT IT BACK!

Can you please put the "Move To Top" function BACK INTO THE news module? As it currently stands, there's NO way or at least not an EASY way to order articles in the new news system. At the very least please put the "Move to Top" function BACK.

I think I've rearranged articles in the past using the 'set publication date' function. If you set the publication date to appear between that of two other articles it will move.

Bit fiddly though.
