Blocks based on forums?

I have created a block that's html include code to display rss feed headlines. It works fine, but, when defining a block, Only the module names are offered as areas to show the block. I would like to have a block like this that is specific to the forum, is that possible?

Block displaying forum contents on xoops.org? RSS is disabled here but you can try module "digest".
Dislaying forum contents on your own site? try blocks coming with your forum module

what im wanting to do is put a picture on 1 certain forum page, because it would have something to do with that forum
