Re: No modules/block/menu on administrator

Is home2 an actual directory. Seems it should be /home/user/public_html/sub

This is a subfolder in your root directory, right?

OK, this is starting to stump me now.

Is the System Admin module icon showing. If not try the method described on this Faq Page.

ok.. maybe i know what is the problem..

it is becoz i install using subdomain,
when i enter administrator page, the URL is http://www.subdmain.domain.com/admin.php

but actually the correct link/URL to administrator is

http://www.subdmain.domain.com/modules/admin.php

am i right?
becoz.. i just login using http://www.subdmain.domain.com/modules/admin.php and its works fine..

Re: No modules/block/menu on administrator

No it should be http://www.subdomain.com/admin.php, there should be no admin.php outside the module folders in the modules directory. That should give you a 404 error.
