ok.. maybe i know what is the problem..

it is becoz i install using subdomain,
when i enter administrator page, the URL is www.subdmain.domain.com/admin.php

but actually the correct link/URL to administrator is

www.subdmain.domain.com/modules/admin.php

am i right?
becoz.. i just login using www.subdmain.domain.com/modules/admin.php and its works fine..

---
// XOOPS Physical Path
// Physical path to your main XOOPS directory WITHOUT trailing slash
// Example: define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH', '/home2/user/public_html/sub');
define('XOOPS_ROOT_PATH', '/home2/user/public_html/sub');

// XOOPS Virtual Path (URL)
// Virtual path to your main XOOPS directory WITHOUT trailing slash
// Example: define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://sub.domain.com');
define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://sub.domain.com');
----
