Broken somehow XYP4All fixed
With periodically unreacheable Proving Ground situation seems worse - I placed in in my home network, and when somebody (from my ethernet-segment) stole IP of my server server lost for external world. My channel operator want do nothing for preventing it

, or punish "bad boys". Maybe, notify messages to abuse@ur.ru, tss@ur.ru can stimulate his activity.. I'm already hangs up and in process on changing channel op
