i've installed this XCgallery modules.
but i've problem tu upload a picture to this gallery.
firstly this command appeared:

Failed to create directory albums/userpics/10001 !

and i've chmod 777 the albums/userpics/ folder.
but then this command appeared:

Impossible to move pic1.jpg to albums/userpic/10001/!

i've try to chmod 10001 folder but... operation not permitted.
help plzz. thanks.

I found that 10001 dir too, but I'm used to group my pictures in dirs in 'userpics', so I made my own dir's and deleted 10001. Worked well.
Don't know what the use is of this 10001 dir, but you don't have to use it.

That seems to be a PHP-safe_mode problem.

you have to edit file xcgal/include/init.inc.php at row 40, delete the 2 slashes at //define('SILLY_SAFE_MODE',1);
