Downloads Module.. members cant see it

I installed the Downloads module.. Members tell me they cant see it.. BUT I can.. That could be just because I am admin.

I checked the blocks to see if there was a block I had to turn on for this feature and there is nothing there. I need help on getting this to work for all users but anonymous

I should say I am using the Downloads module that comes with the XOOPS download

Check groups permissions - make sure that it is ticked.

System Admin ¦ Groups

Then set 'Module Access rights' for each group
