Hi.
I have the exact same problem on http://www.meckyr.com. I'm rebuilding this site after a server crash and haven't proceeded to do much because this is bugging me and I don't want to do too much work if I've got to scratch the whole thing anyway.
There are two custom blocks on the main page. They preview just fine, and their titles appear, but the content doesn't appear after submitting it.
How can you determine which system file may be corrupted?
Thanks for any help.

do you have the 2.0.10 version of XOOPS running, and have you updated the system module in system admin -> modules?

Yes, I am running 2.0.10.
I just updated the system module at the suggestion and now the main menu and login block content have dissappeared as well!
I now have all headers, with no content. The headline content remains though...
Next idea? Maybe that points something out?

Sounds to me like you are using a cloned/custom template set.

Go to System Admin - Templates, click on list by System, scroll down until you find a template highlited in yellow, it will have a link to generate. Click on Generate to create the template, then your content should show in the custom blocks.

HTH.

If you do not understand see the end of this Flash Tutorial.

Thanks for the response. Actually, I've never (to my knowledge) messed with the templates. I went to System Admin - Templates, click on list by System and none of the templates was highlited in yellow. I did notice the following file name
system_block_dummy.html
"Dummy template for custom blocks or blocks without templates"
And on a hunch I clicked view and it is empty. Is there code that should be in this?
