Custom Blocks

I have created some custom blocks in my XOOPS installation. I am able to see them in the site but from the blocks administration area I do not see the blocks so I am unable to make changes.

Could anyone possible know why this is happening.

the filtering settings at the top probably filters the blocks out since it defaults to blocks visible on top (or all) page(s) and to the registered users.
