I would like to have a very simple module, possibly based on Random Quotes, that allows the display of both a photo and its corresponding caption on a randomized basis.

Building on what already exists out there, how much would customization of something like that cost?

AFAIR, at least one of image-galleries have Random Image block

I've already checked them out but unfortunately the random blocks don't include a caption. Otherwise that would be the ideal solution. Thanks for the suggestion nonetheless.
