Can I take away that confirmation screen?

It's okay for the initial login, but when it puts up that screen everytime you post something in the forum it can get annoying.

You know the one that comes up when you login for 5 seconds before going to the site, and when you log out and when you post on the forum or anywhere else.

i tried this hack (as suggested by mith)but it did not work from admin side.
