Please, test multiMenu 1.7.

So, what's the difference with the previous version ?

MAJOR CHANGE! : dynamic sublink can now be totally different form the mainlink. Just put the sublink you want, and it would display if the above mainlink is activate. As simple as that.

Besides this very awaited function, I have implemented many new features.

1) Possibility to display the menu content in the index page (same as for 1.6 version, except that it is now templated).

2) There are now 8 menus (not 4)

3) The admin pages are reviewed both for link and block management.

4) I have included a more complet guide.

5) You now have the possibility to manage a simple link bar included in your theme with multiMenu.

6) Two new tags : {module} and {theme} to be used in your image url. Those tags would be replace following the module or theme your user is on. This would allow you to personnalise your menu icon with the current theme, or eventually the current module.

You can have a sample on Arma sa:
- Plan du site
- Blocks: départements, nos marques, les articles de saison.
- theme: the horizontal navigation bar.

Please note this is a test version, and it is not compatible with previous version of multiMenu. A new row (pid) has been indluded in the databases. Hopefully, the final version would include an update script.

Test it and let me know.

You can see it on Arma sa website, the navbar is managed with multiMenu. Which means I can add, move, remove any links without having to change the theme.html file of the theme. Of cours, it manage the groups access as well, so that, for instance, I'm logged in, I can access different links.

All you have to do is add :

<{include file="../modules/multiMenu/theme/multimenu.php"}>

in your theme, and it would generate a < table> code with all your links within.

As for the main menue copy, it's not forgotten. Just I wanted this one to be released first.

Thanks for the continuing development! Great module!

I'll post to your site as a feature request. I'd find it useful if when using buttons and you choose to not show the title, the line the title would normally appear on would be eliminated. This would allow the buttons to appear closer together. Right now the two rows of buttons have a large gap between.
