The supplied link works for me, it leads to sourceforge.net, then after picking a file mirror I can download the file. I am also able to open the zip file after downloading.

I heve a problem. Not shure if it's with Analog clock but that is the thing I see not working correctly. I'm runing Apache2Truad on Windows XP. The hardware clok is set to local time, XOOPS is set to +2 timezone and the clock is 7 hours behind.
Sory for my English.
