move XOOPS to a new URL

Hi there,

Do you know if it's possible to change the main XOOPS site URL? (i.e the one that appears in the browser address bar)

I installed XOOPS in a test/beta phase underhttp://www.hyogoajet.org/content

Now that it's tested and working, I'd like to move it to the root directory www.hyogoajet.org

Is it as simple as copying the files to the root directory and changing the XOOPS_URL in mainfile.php or are there other steps involved?

Hi,

Please consult the FAQ.
But basically, you need to modify the mainfile.php
