try the XOOPS FAQ troubleshooting section!!!

it looks like your folder permissions aren't set right..

it is working now, for some reason the changing of the folder permissions didn't work the first 2 times...all is well now...

oh, i did check out the faq's section and spent almost an hour looking for this and others errors help files, i found every thing i was looking for except this that is why i posted it
