Hey guys i have been turning grey really quickly in the last few weeks trying to get XOOPS to install properly with nebb and news and wf downloads... hell just newbb would be nice to get running...

with all this said is there anyone that has a full working copy of XOOPS core with newbb and news in one package already to upload and install with no php error and or needing editing?.... everything i have tried from the downloads has errors or blank pages or just doesn't install at all... and yes i have read and read and read nothing i have tried has worked for me.....

anyone that would like to get the #OOPS# thing up and running plase contact me....i'm 30 and have more grey hair than my dad does and he's 60...lol..

no error messages .. just says thanks for your submission and then the file attachments do NOT show up in the post... feel free to try your self, pm me or e-mail me for access to my site to see exactly what is going on for your self....

still have this problem... been a very long time and have been rebuilding the site after some time off line.... once again this is still a problem..
the forums show a mod color highlite code in the forums permissions.. as does the admin yes they are different yet mods never show their proper colors in the integrated online block...
infact when i uploaded XOOPS this and every other time and started to set things up i noticed that there are only 3 user groups installed with xoops,

what about mods?.... if i ad a user group and call it moderators colors show either as a registered user up until you give them module admin rights at which point they then take on admin color.....
where does the "moderator" color come into play?...
is there any way to fix this ?.. ultimatly what i want is my mods should be able to have module admin rights and have thier own color.. administrators with system admin rights should show as admins color in the "who's online block"...

anyone understand what i'm saying and can help?

i'm using the TechKittenII theme for my website and the text area of the redirect (login) screen that flashes up after login or the Kshop text is un readable..it is the same color as the background (light Grey) it only happens when i use this theme so bellow is the style sheet for it can anyone point out what and where to change the color?..i don't seem to be able to find it....

well the above mentioned ones..."membership" and Xoopsshop osCommerce 0.2

but even some themes and other modules are comming up with the same message with only a difference of a line number(ex 148 and 341)..

i know where it's saying to look in the message but i don't know what specificly to look for..

anyone help?...infact i have also encounterted the notice when installing the "shop" module just on a different line..i believe it is line 148...

it is working now, for some reason the changing of the folder permissions didn't work the first 2 times...all is well now...

oh, i did check out the faq's section and spent almost an hour looking for this and others errors help files, i found every thing i was looking for except this that is why i posted it
