Changing IP to DNS

We are switching hosting providers.

I uploaded XOOPS when we just had an IP address:
http://66.49.225.213/

We then added the domain name:
http://www.red-hour.com/

When you go to any page off the main page, it shows up as the IP address:
http://66.49.225.213/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=3&forum=3&post_id=89#forumpost89

What do I need to do, so all my pages use the domain name, rather than the IP address?

Edit mainfile.php, change the value of XOOPS_URL. You also might want to empty the folder 'cache'.

1. Download the mainfile.php from your webserver via FTP
2. Edit line 39 in it
from
define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://66.49.225.213/');

to
define('XOOPS_URL', 'http://www.red-hour.com/');

3. Set mainfile.php on the webserver writeable
4. Upload the changed mainfile.php to the webserver
5. Set mainfile.php on the webserver to be not writeable

In the Cache folder I have 3 files:

%%51^51C.....
adminmenu.php
pical_minical_cace....


Is it safe to delete adminmenu.php?
