I'm getting this error message:
Module File for phpAdsNew-2.0 Not Found!
from the admin panel.

Obviously, XOOPS knows that it is there. Otherwise, it would not allow the installation. So it looks like it is looking for a file it is not finding. Anybody know which file it is, and where it should be?

Even greater, anybody know the correct path?

make sure that u uploaded the module correctly

the folder with xoops_version.php in needs to be in the modules folder

so u have modules/phpadsnew/xoops_version.php

i dunno the folder name of phpadsnew so i presumed in my example.. but make sure it's like that..

I was having the same problem

It appears that the zip file has the wrong directory name.

It shows:
html/modules/phadsnew

and I think it should be
phpadsnew

I made the change and it appears to be working OK now.
