Is it possible to add a feature to mydownloads module that comes with xoops? A feature that will show an estimated time that it will take to download the file from 56k, 640k broadband, 1.5Mb broadband and so on.

it's there in wf-downloads (www.wf-projects.com). SInce it's largely based on mydownloads, you can use that.
