Hi,

I was looking for a good trouble ticket system module, could not locate out. Is there any such module existing for Xoops.

Please point me to the location.

I'm running xHelp on my intranet and it is quite nice. There's also the Mantis module and the ZenTrack module, both more project-oriented (if xHelp would have the option to link tickets to projects it would be THE best module for this, currently I use the departments as projects).

Yeah, Mantis is more project oriented (= Focused on improving a product)
whereas xHelp is a HelpDesk module (= Focused on solving individual, unrelated problems)
