Can't assign moderator to forum

I've been trying to add forums to categories on my site, but keep getting this message:


"You did not fill out all the parts of the form.
Did you assign at least one moderator? Please go back and correct the form."


I DEFINITELY assigned moderators. I've tried this dozens of times using the Forum and/or the ForumEX modules and it still fails. It's driving me a little more insane than I already am.

Have you assigned moderators in the XOOPS user ranks admin page?

Yes, I have done that -- although the only members I have so far is me.

By the way, that's a nice site you have there.

Thanks for the compliment.

I had a problem of moderators not showing their rank colors, so added them to the user ranks, fixed my problem. Was hoping that it would fix yours.

Sorry to ask but did you put something in the description field? Because you will get the exact error message when that field is not filled too.
