Center Block below CL &CR blocks

Hello-

Trying to have a layout like this: (top to bottom)
Center Block
Left Center - Right Center
Center Block
Left Center - Right Center

The way I understand is that any block selected as a center block automatically goes to the top.

Any help would be great!

Not possible - all Center - Center blocks are rendered, then all center - left blocks, then all center - right. The positions are treated as containers, and the containers themselves can be moved (you can place ALL center-center blocks to render after center-left and center-right blocks), but not mixed together.

So how do I place ALL center-center blocks to render after center-left and center-right blocks?

In your theme.html file, you can move the smarty elements that call the center-center blocks.
