There has been a request to have a theme contest, which
started a lively debate, displaying a vivid interest within the XOOPS Community.
Therefore we have decided to transform the idea into reality!
Now we need the community to decide on the type of contest this should be. If you want to learn about the different options listed below, please read
the above mentioned thread. You can also post for clarification in this thread, and I will elaborate where needed.

TCo_Op_1 :: Op Herko
Objective -> 3 new themes for the next XOOPS release
TCo_Op_2 :: Op Jay
Objective -> Kickstart Event for Theme Forge
TCo_Op_3 :: Op Brash
Objective -> Learning skills, and a fun community activity
TCo_Op_4 :: Op Min-Mix
Objective -> Op Jay and Op Brash
TCo_Op_5 :: Op Mix
Objective -> Op Herko, Op Jay, and Op Brash in one comp
Objectives will determine the overall structure of the competition. Herko and I are in favour of TCo_Op_4, with keeping TCo_Op_1 in mind, to stage at a later stage...just to let you know where we stand
