Language Drop Down Module

Hello,

I have been using XOOPS for awhile now and have to build another My question is whether XOOPS has a dropdown language module (bottom left) like in php-nuke or post-nuke. I would like to stay with XOOPS but really like the language choice feature.

I've never used it before - but there is a multilanguage version of xoops.
