Instead of creating 3 different tickets for the same issue, you can have all 3 people notified of responses, fixes, etc.

Sorry...I think I gave you a terrible example...

Let say a week ago you create a new ticket for a user. Today you got a call from another user with the same problem. It would be really nice that you can copy the ticket from the last week and then just update the user involved.

yeah I can see how that could help. Can you go to the xhelp development site and add a new request under the Features tracker. You'll need to register with that site first, but you can then be notified automatically whenever we add or update information about this request.
