ON page 37 of the XOOPS Documentation, section 2.14.3 Editing templates
the picture shows a different view than what my editor shows. My editor doesn't have a [Delete] or Browse section, also doesn't have an Upload button in the lower right hand corner.
Also, I only see a [view] at the bottom of the edit window... Page 38, figure 2.16 shows a Preview and Submit button.


I'm running XOOPS 2.0, latest version.. did I miss an update?

i'm having the same problem. i see the "view" button but there is no "submit" button next to it.

can someone please help?

You use the default Templates, which can´t be edit,

so first clone your templates
go to the cloned templates and now it looks as descripted.

If you want to use this templateset be sure to select this templateset in the XOOPS General settings.

thanks a million. i just got XOOPS yesterday and i've been trying to figure that out for about an hour

Thanks for trying to help Predator however, that wasn't the answer to the question I posed when I started the thread. I hoped it helped the guy who said, "I have the same problem" only he didn't... have the same problem.

"What is supposed to happen when you press the VIEW button while editing (not default) templates?
