The advice to reupload the kernel and include and class files from the core is a good one. This is a bug that was introduced a few versions ago, but has been fixed (as you can see here on xoops.org).

I have downloaded the latest version of XOOPS and I have replaced the include, class, and kernel file and it's still having the same issue. Would it be possible that I have installed a module that has caused this error?
