Hi gang, I'm trying to post a news item, but it just hangs out in the "Waiting Contents" area and won't post to the News area. I've tried to "Set the date/time of publish", I've tried "Move this story to top" and I'm stuck. Help! Thanks!

Just a guess, but if you are using the new version of News you need to check another box "approve" for it to actually publish (which I don't think you needed to do in the old one).

It may have to do with your server time/location time settings (sys admin -> preferences -> general preferences).

I had the same problem, when I found, that I just needed to adjust my server time and location time setting. Not sure though, that you are experiencing the same issue. Just an experience report, that might help.

Cool -- I upgraded to News module 1.2.1 and the problem resolved itself. Thanks for the tip!
