Hi all!
I've gotz a tiny little problem at a website im runing.

the xoopscodes [*code]/[*quote] don't work well...4 example:

[*code]perl[*/code] -> works fine

[*code] perl [*/code] -> gives me a Quote:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, XXXXX@sapo.pt and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and it doesn't matter if i use the [*code] or the [*quote] xoopscode, both give me this strange error... and it's only strange because:

[*code]blablabla[*/code] & [*code] blablabla [*/code] -> works fine

im going crazy on this one... can anyone help me out?

Check your forum settings to be sure you have allowed for the codes to work..

Just for the sake of saying it .... tell me you are not using the * in your posts as part of the code? lol

<? echo "blahblah"?>

Quote:
blah blah

When exactly do you get the error? When previewing the post, or when viewing it later? If the latter, what gets stored in the database for the post's text?

What XOOPS version?

Does the file class/module.textsanitizer.php have any hacks?

If i hit 'Preview', i get the error, if i try to post it, it doesn't get posted because it gives me the error 1st.

Im using 2.0.7, and im gonna check my textsanitizer for changes.

thx for all the help
