2) Can i change this: "Powered by XOOPS 1.3.7 © 2002 The XOOPS Project" into MY personal copywrite?

Do this in System Admin>Blocks and setting the weight of each block.

System Admin>Preferences>Meta Tags and Footer

Actually, this may be different in your version of XOOPS. The suggestions I posted apply to XOOPS 2.x

If you are running on 1.3.7 still, then yu may need to ask someone who also has this running, or use the search feature here on the forums for much older posts.
