Hello sarahk and welcome to XOOPS forums

Unfortunately, there are no modules that I am aware of which do what you want. This is a question that's been asked a few times before, so I can only hope that your request will help boost it's popularity and possible development in the future. There are of course other open source/free issue scripts that do this, but they will not be integrated into the XOOPS core.

I ported some time ago the zenTrack helpdesk to XOOPS 2.x
(http://wwwguanxiCRM.com search for zenTrackXoops). it still works with the latest version of XOOPS I think.

I try install the helpdisk 1 time " zentrack" is a great one - but it was not 100% install butoms was not activated to install the helpdesk and more.

I hope WJUE will try get time and RE check this helpdesk more in future to it is 100% not write " I think " is not a reply (smile) we have so many people ask for helpdesk - so please update it and check it out if work or not - on 2 x

you have done a great job with all your modules - we just need zenhelpdesk back on track again

Does anyone have it running, is there a feature list anywhere? A key feature I need is to be able to have a customer and see all the incidents from that customer. Most of the systems I have viewed treat them all separately. I need to see my "high maintenance" customers etc.

Hello..

Has anyone managed to get this working? i get in installed and it shows up in the admin panel, when when I click the link i get a blank page.. anyone have any ideas?

I installed and briefly used ZenTrack. It lacks much of the functionality that you would expect to find in a mid-level help desk solution, however, it does perform the basics. It is free after all...

The blank page you are seeing is probably due to permissions, make sure you read the installation document thoroughly; it covers everything you need to do in order to get running.
There is also a mod you should check out called Mantis Bug Tracker.

i have done everything according to the document and to the best of my understanding. cant understand the group creating bit very well though, so it could be that?

perhaps.....
also, check the block settings to make sure that the group your in in has the correct access to the module and blocks.
