A theme makes my site blank! Help!!!

Hello I just upload a new theme, and I used that theme, however when I logout and go to the home page, everything is blank. I cant do anything. Anyone know how to fix this, maybe a page that I can login as admin to change the theme, cuz I dont know what is that page, or a file that I can modify to get the default theme? Thank help please!

try yoursite.com/user.php or you can change your theme through phpmyadmin by changing site back to default. you would browse the table xoops_config -> and edit theme_set -> conf_value and reset to default. scoll down and save. that should do it.

Wow! Thank for the reply! I like this! :)
Anyway I tried what u guys told me, and still not work!
I set
conf_name conf_value
theme_set default

and it still not working, so maybe its the default theme that got a problem, how can I change the default theme then? Knowing that I cant get to the login page with user.php...

A couple of things to try.

1. Try renaming the default theme, to the theme name you tried.
2. Check the file permissions of the new theme.

Try going into the database and go to the users table. look for 'theme' and if it is not default change it to default.

hm, well I tried it, but it isnt working. well maybe its because am not login, and cant login because there is no where to login, and by changing the theme , it wont do it.

Grrr

Please keep giving solutions. I appreciated it even if it dint work.

What theme did you try to use?
Did you change the template set.
