That's a beta version of newBB2, which is downloadable from the CVS. Check dev.xoops.org for more info on the newBB2 project

Beta Version is still incomplete, so be careful. Some features like polls and a couple others are not yet working or implemented, if memory serves correct.

I have been working hard the past few weeks on the newBB and it is approaching a usable state.

Some things are still not working, such as polls, reporting, RSS and the marking of posts read, but phppp is hard at work at those, so it should not take months to complete.

Patience is a virtue, though, and duly needed, I'm afraid
