A) i cant get yogurt to work on it and it had become a large part of the website
Yogurt is a temperamental module. It was abandoned by it's developer and users have mixed results with it. There are several potentially useful threads which deal with hacks and problems if you
search for them.
You mention the frameworks directory, which may be the root of your problems as regards Yogurt. Personally, I have the 2.3.3 frameworks folder with a number of files/folders added from earlier versions. I find that this works for some modules which wouldn't work with the plain vanilla frameworks directory that comes with 2.3.3. Try adding the files/folders from your old frameworks folder to the new one, don't overwrite anything, just add stuff that was but isn't now there.

C) a few more hours of work and no one replied to my help message of getting me back in
Your work hours might be our sleep hours. You know how it goes here, everyone is a volunteer and we do what we can. Why didn't you try the upgrade on a local install first if it's a mission critical site?
