Thanks and I installed this last night but having a problem.
Okay. So I have NOT uninstalled Altern8news yet because I didn't want to lose all my news items, so I'm copying them, or most of them over to the new News module. Which is going fine. it's just like altern8 in many ways.
the problem is that when I go to my sites "preferences" and make this NEWS the homepage/module for your start page. The page is blank. I don't see any of the news items i posted to the new mod.
I have checked permissions, everyone has rights to view.
What else am I missing?? I don't really want to delete the old until I know this one works and shows up okay. I have way too many items to lose.
I see the news items there, when I go thru the admin panel and click to read or edit. Just not at the start page
