Hello.

I need clone(or similar module) of "NewMember Registration" in XOOPS system.

I am looking for something where user can input data into database of my XOOPS system. It should be some kind of form, but form that doesn't send data via e-mail, but write them into my database.

I haven't found anything like that yet.

I hope my request was clear enough.

Sorry for my English and
THANK YOU for your answers!

Hello.

My name is Vladimir and I am from Slovakia. Our language have several special characters (for example ž,š,č,ť,ý), therefore I have to use coding "charset=windows-1250". I am using XOOPS for non commerce sites MCPO - ďalšie vzdelávanie učiteľov. In standard module of XOOPS system - Contact us I write something into Text field, but if I recieve e-mail than, I get "□", instead of "ž".

How to involve central European coding "charset=windows-1250" into Contact us module?

I hope you understand me.
Thank you for help.

Hello.

I am using standart XOOPS module for files - "mydownloads".
I have all files in sub-categories.

I have the following problem...

If the visitor go to the main page of downloads, he see files as the "Latest listings" under the line. =that's OK.

If the visitor go to some sub-category, he see there all files under the line in the order that he choose. =that's great!

But if the visitor go to some category, he can't see any file under the line, because all files are only in the sub-categories. (<a href="http://www.rocepo.sk/modules/mydownloads/viewcat.php?op=&cid=2" target="_blank">see my example</a>) =that's not good.

Shouldn't be all files from all sub-categories also in that category? Or shouldn't be files from all sub-categories be showed in the category as the "Latest listings"?

Please give me an advise or the solution of my problem.

Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't do it this way.

Try to use some of the freecontent modules. You will find it in Downloads section. For example - FreeContent V3.0 Final (WebDigest).

Or try to wrap your HTML as a new module. It's much easier. For example look at the source code of "Contact module"...

I hope that I've helped you a little bit.

Hi all!

I've got one questions for you...

Is it possible to make my own module(only HTML) searchable? If yes, how?

Thanx for answers(!)
