I closed a site of XOOPS Japanese Support several years ago.
However, I noticed that there was much number of the downloading of the Japanese language file in the downloading site that I had.
I operated XOOPS Japanese support again today in SourceForge.JP (not .net):

To my delight you can obtain a Japanese language file from GitHub:
https://github.com/keiichishiga/XOOPS-Japanese
Web site will be shown of construction later.
I plan establishment in the following URL (This promotes the change of the link!):

Japanese editions of ZenCart On XOOPS in XOOPS 2.4 confirm that it is not offered at present.
(Japanese editions of ZenCart On XOOPS for CMS compatible with XOOPS is offered)
As for the original ZenCart Japanese edition, a character code becomes EUC-JP.
Therefore there seems to be the problem that should perform correspondence to the character code UTF-8.
Japanese:
現在のところ、XOOPS 2.4 向けの ZenCart On XOOPS 日本語版は提供されていない事を確認しています。
（XOOPS 互換 CMS 向けの ZenCart On XOOPS 日本語版は提供されています。）

"Auth module" changed a name into ”WAKU" and showed it!!

There are an English preference and document in WAKU.
It is not necessary to be troubled with Japanese anymore.
But I confirm a mention error:
