I believe in the database table xoops_config row 58 (closesite) value should be 0.

Unfortunately for me, it's the only way I can log in to my site currently is to change it from 0 to 1 to get a log in screen....at least until I figure out what I did wrong.

I have the same issue.

I have tried the direct path as well as deleting the theme folder.

Could it be the cookie path, something we set in the preferences or the fact that the Admin is the only member there is at this point?
