Thanks Aeldan and Davidl2!

I have downloaded the new module.textsanitizer.php and that solved my problems!

I will also upgrade to cbb 3.05 though, but that takes some more time (have to re-implement some hacks). This has become less urgent now. And, as with every update, I will make a backup first.

Thanks again

I have exactly the same problem as Deadfire.

The solution of DIDI5 does not work.

I use XOOPS 2.0.14.

I am using newbb still. Is that the problem? Should I switch to CBB?

In the past I got complains from our users that they lost their posts because they were logged out once they posted. Therefore I installed the autologin hack.

The session time is set to 120 minutes. So that is pretty much enough for most people.

The strange thing is that there seem to be no problem with internet explorer, but a lot of problems with firefox. Some people even cannot login.

The problems all occurred when I upgraded from XOOPS 2.0.9.3 to 2.10.0. The problems remained when I upgraded to 2.0.13.1.

I have no clue.

Is there maybe anyone who has had problems with firefox and cookies in general, where internet explorer worked fine?

I have installed the autologin hack from gijoe.

In Internet explorer everything works fine.

In firefox the following happens. I am preparing a post and during that time my session retires. When I post my message, the system logg's me in and asks me if I want to repost. I say I want that. But the system says that it "already submitted" the post. This is not right. The post is not submitted and is lost.

Info about my system:
XOOPS Version: 2.0.13.1
PHP Version: 4.4.2RC2
MySQL Version: 5.0.15
Web Server Software: Apache API version 20020903
Operating System: Linux
Theme you are using: own theme (based on zaja)
Custom template: Yes
PHP Debug Messages: no
MySQL Debug Messages: no
Smarty Debug Messages: no

I have no clue. Any help is very much apeciated!

Please use the patch that is mentioned in the "read more" part of the anouncement of 2.2.3. You can find it here.

SugerCRM seems to be a great package. In the coming weeks I will install it and do some basic tests to see if it fits our needs.
So no suggestions yet.

Thanks for your reply.

I found one thread in the xoops.org forum on SugarCRM. It refers to this development site. It seems as if not much has been done yet.

Anyone has an update on this project? A SugarCRM XOOPS module seems to be a great addition to the existing modules of Xoops!

CRM module available?

Is there a CRM (customer relationship management) module available for Xoops?? A CRM system enables you to keep track of your clients (name, adres etc.), keep track of the conversations you have had with them.
This makes the info available to all people in the organization that have contacts with clients.

I have searched for such a module but couldn't find one. The Smartclient module helps to keep track of the names and addresses etc. but not of the conversations.

Does anyone know of such a module? And if there is not such a module available within Xoops, does anyone know of a standalone one that's interesting to look at?

Thanks!

I searched the site but didn't find answers to these questions.
