Is there a way to make it so that a moderator has to approve all new posts?

My site does not get much traffic, so weeding out the posts this way would not be a big deal for me.

They just doubled their bandwidth and disk space I see. Do I really need that much space? My site is only about 10 meg. lol

Is it better to host on linux or windows? I hear linux is cheaper and more secure.
I have used windows for years and thought maybe windows hosting is easier.
