I tried removing 2 external scripts then the site has become considerable fast. But can u explain how to do all this optimazations. The website theme is the default one taht comes with version 2.2.4 , i dono HTML, PHP or CSS can you all optimize the CSS, php codes for me please.

I didnt understand THE TRACKER THING can u explain it, Plus should i enable the Automatic updating of themes and templates.
