To be specific: Where can I change the layout of the PDF?

It says "author", "time" etc.

Where can I change some of those fields and choose to have them or not have them?

Afterall it is in many versions of XOOPS so someone should know what is going on I assume?

Hoping that someone can help.

Edit \modules\newbb\fpdf\language\english.php
$pdf_config['logo'] = array(

'path'=>'images/xoopsbb_slogo.png',

'left'=>150,

'top'=>5,

'width'=>0,

'height'=>0

);

Hopefully that is not the only code in that file. Because if it is I see no code to change the "forum" pic in the PDF or the "author" or "time" etc.

Is that all the code in the file you refer to (English.php)?

I really like the fact that forum posts can be made into PDF files.

I would need to be able to manage the format for it to be useful. I do not find it under preferences under the "forum" - so my question is where it is located.

When I make a PDF if posts a pic in the upper right hand corner called "forum". That I would like ot change.

Also I would like to change some of the other information that is automatically inserted.

Cheers and thx in advance

Thx for the help. You were right - as usual.

I came home and on my Opera I have the wand .. for passwords. I logged in using wand and changed my password to the one I already used (just to be sure). I then logged out and used the wand again.. it didn't work!

So now I know that I must have changed the password .. and forgot about it. #OOPS# Alzheimers....

Nah, but seriously I had totalyl forgotten about it.

I was developing a site. It was 95% done when I wanted to take it off line just untill I wanted to launch it.

I then went to the admin preferences and ticked the box to take it off line.

Now when I type the address it gives me a log in box, but it says that I am using the wrong log in details. Which I am not.

Is this a known thing that can happen and what can I do?

I am on another computer to the one where I ticked the box to take it offline, but that shouldn't matter should it?

Thx.

I found it.. for some reason it was written inside the admin menu. So it would be in the database.

Strange to make an error in there from the fresh copy.. but yeah. So for future users - it is to be deleted from the admin menu.

Cheers.

I installed WF Downloads and on the modulepage it now says :

..div..b..Welcome to the WF Download Section.../b../div..

In html (so I changed it a bit).

Obviously the users are not supposed to see that, so I want to correct it. However I cannot find the file it is in. First I used Search in windows to look for the word "welcome" in all the possible files, but the files that came up were not the one.

One the same page it says :
"Browse Downloads by alphabetical listing"

so I searched all the "my websites" for the word "alphabetical". Only 2 files came up. One doc file and one changelog file. Looking at them it obviously wasn't either.

So where is this?????

Or not.. I just found that purge doesn't work for aChat. IT is smart that the page doesn't reload evey time, but purge has to work. I get the mesage: "An error appeared during the purge.
Number of messages: "

Cheers,

1. I found a way to do it in Dreamweaver. If anyone ever needs it they are welcome to ask me. It is a long and weaird road, so yeah - it would be at least as easy to just get another FTP program.. Eventhough that would also take a little time to set up.

2. It seems that the server will not accept it. I could change the folders to 777 etc. but the file mainfile.php stays 644. Does anyone know enough about CHMOD and permissions to tell me if that is a problem, and why the server wont accept the change?
