nothing has changed on the server, same server, and i actually maintain it so no changes lately; any other ideas?

i had xoopsgallery working great and then poof it's broken
if i try and add an image i get the following
Processing status...
- Adding ss1.jpg
Error: Unable to make thumbnail (0)!

if i do a detect on netpbm/imagemagick i get the following
Note: Your NetPBM directory (/usr/bin) is not in your open_basedir list (specified in php.ini):
/home/httpd/vhosts/mysite.org/httpdocs
/tmp
So we can't perform all of our basic checks on the files to make sure that they exist and they're executable.
We are going to test each NetPBM binary individually. If you see errors, you should click here to see more details

is it possible to add a text link to the menu and then have it open a new window with xyz link?
for example the menu with community header on this site is all modules, if you wanted to just put a link on there like "my link" and have someone able to click it and access mylink.html is that possible? sure would be great to know thanks!

so im thinking one of my friends who helps maintain a site i am working on, disabled the block for login and made it not visible i cant for the life of me figure out how to login to the site. if you pull up admin.php it just asys you must be logged in, could someone give me the magic way to pull up a login page? thanks!

im pretty sure this redirect page is part of xoops, at anyrate i REALLY dont like it, is there anyway to get rid of the redirct of "thank you for your submission" page on CBB3.01(any version) and on the XOOPS 2.0.13.2 in general? because i notice it when you login it's like "thanks for loggin in" is there any way anyone knows to remove this? it's a major annoyance. thanks!
