Looking for someone to design a theme for my site

I run a XOOPS site for a local club but i dont no how to go out designing a theme for the site could somebody help me please.

ok thanks. if i can find anything that is to my liking are there any designers out who would be willing to help. or am i able to do it some self and if i can do i need to use HTML code or can i use a web building software
