i just noticed that for some strange reason there's an extra message icon before the bullet one in newbb when i'm posting a message.

i haven't touched the forums in ages so i think something may have messed it up when i upgraded versions.

has anyone had this happend and does anyone know what template/file i should edit to fix that?

is there any where in the database where it records the ip address that a user last logged in as?

i have received some complaints that people are abusing an email form that i have on my site (that records the ips) and i'd like to ban that user if i can figure out who is using that ip address...

that would be pretty cool..

Speaking of those custom graphical blocks that I made, if they could be made into a php script instead of a html block that would rock. I'd like to do something very similar to what I wrote above but it would only grab the X recent topics from a specific category.

So I'd have the output look like this...

The image would just be an image found in /images/<id#>.jpg or something or it could be the categories default image.

Also, if we could display the # of comments in both of these scripts below the summary text that would be great.

So yeah, if anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it!
