ok darkcode.
built a fresh database, delete all XOOPS from my server then uploaded 2.2.2
It has the necessary module for user reg.
Glad we figured it out.

I rebuilt the data base and reuploaded the original Xoops.

I've tried the firewall, pop up stopper route.
Still noone can register!

Any clues?
