xoops loading as intranet

i wanted to answer few of my questions, i wanted to load XOOPS in my personal pc so that i can share it on network first i wanted to load it in my pc all i wanted to know is what things i need to load XOOPS as in intranet and also how to load sql and everything coz i dont have any sql thing.

i tried switching it on yet no error msg displayed if u wanted to see please have a look @

in admin forum index it shows

again when i tried posting some material after enababling the debug mode still i cant see any error messages its just plain white page occurs....

after installing frameworks xoopseditor in their respectable folders yet the problem persists, when i go click on forums it opens when i try to post it gives me a white blank page, now what should i do?

i tried removing and installing everything from scratch regarding newbb cBB 3.08 but to no avail as i would like to seek serious help,
when ever i install again the newbb in the modules folder it states

Module File for newbb Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found!Module File for Not Found! 0 Module File for Not Found!

i tried 10 to 15 times but culdnt succeed.... please help[
